The things we build for ourselves.
A delivery workspace for software teams, and a speedrunning game shipping on Steam. We take on custom builds too, when a product does not fit your use case.
Stop losing delivery time between your tools.
Small dev teams lose hours between tickets, priorities, client requests, time logs and invoice prep. Kantra puts that whole flow in one workspace — from a client's request through to completed work, logged time and invoice-ready history.
- Separate project and personal queues — managers shape priority, developers just work the top of their list
- A real client request flow that links to internal tickets without exposing your delivery structure
- Billable and non-billable time logged against the work itself, ready when an invoice needs explaining

One dash. It only comes back when you kill.
A cyberpunk speedrunning platformer built on a single refundable dash — your fastest movement, your only attack, and a limited resource. Ten handmade courses, thirty-second runs, and a rival's ghost waiting on every leaderboard.
- Ten star-rated courses, plus endless Survival and a full Marathon
- Steam leaderboards, downloadable rival ghosts, daily season ranking
- Cosmetic-only rewards — nobody buys speed
Multi-brand UI management, in the works.
A planned management suite where each client runs a unique interface while you manage every brand from one place. We are still designing and prototyping — nothing to ship yet.
- Planned: centralized brand tokens, assets, and themes
- Planned: visual editor for per-client customization
- Planned: deployable UI packages that run independently

Jump to any project, phase, or ticket in two keystrokes — without leaving what you are doing.

Phases-first queues show what is available, what each project owns, and where every teammate is — at a glance.

Tickets carry their checklists, reviewers, and stage flow. Work does not go missing between status updates.
Two years in the making, Kantra was shaped alongside a 10+ person team that has been with us the whole way. They use it day-to-day, refining the core workflow with us, and are now closing the last gaps before they retire their existing tools. We have run our own delivery on it since February 2026. Live and open for signups at app.kantra.co.za.
Need something custom?
We also take on bespoke web and game builds when a product does not fit your use case.
